MSL: ABOUT THE MISSION SUPPORTERS LEAGUE [MSL]
MSL is a Movement of committed Christians united with the objective of establishing a viable PARTNERSHIP with missionaries by raising prayer support and financing all the various levels of missions and missionary activity in Africa and beyond.
MSL Origin
Victor M. Tukura while praying on the 12th of March, 1986 received a call to missions. Out of this burden grew a vision to provide prayer & material support for missionaries, as a means of enabling them take the gospel to the unreached people-groups of the world. This vision went through various stages of assimilation and development. As a couple, Victor and Nosa Tukura took up this challenge by establishing a framework for the actualization of this vision.
By 1998, God further broadened the vision by giving a mandate to raise a global army of mission supporters who will stand with missionaries to reach the nations of the earth for Christ. Subsequently, the first MSL Chapter was inaugurated in December 1998 in Jos, Nigeria. This has grown into a network of almost two hundred Chapters in several locations each supporting personnel and projects in 14 African countries.
MSL Vision
A mobilized Church supporting all aspects of Missions until disciples are made for Christ among every people group on earth.
MSL Mission
